“Citibank has been my bank for 30 plus years. It offers a multitude of services including a mobile app. However, there are no citibanks in many areas outside of NYC. This does make it difficult to access services in person. I still like them for online services, cash access at 7-11s and certain banks and supermarkets at no additional cost.”
