I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was awesome and he helped us get international drivers permits. I also spoke to John at the desk and he was fabulous with travel information. Why anyone would you just travel agency if you belong to AAA that would be a mistake.

A very pleasant experience. A bit out of my way, but more relaxing than locations in big urban centers. Competent personnel and very helpful. As it is located in a mall, parking is reasonably easy, but not necessarily next to the office. However, as they work mostly by appointment, finding a good parking place is not too hard either.

Calling for an appt was a hassle but doing it on line was much easier and for the same day. Once I got there it was pretty quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
