(0) ZERO stars for this place !!! My husband and I moved out of state and kept this account open, tried to transfer funds to our out of state local bank and the girl ( who I will not name publicly) tried to get me set up online to transfer $$ from one account to another, she was not very helpful or even TRIED to help me and in fact told me the incorrect information I needed to make this work. This went on for 5 FULL DAYS, finally I spoke to the manager ( no names) in Strykersville and he PROMISED he would call my husband Monday morning ( since it was like 4:55 on a Friday ) to get this figured out. Well noon came along on Monday and still no call, so I called him and was told " I forgot" Well that is nice because we lost out on a deal because we could not get the money transferred. This place LIES, is not helpful at all and does not DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU ! Once my husbands IRA matures in JULY we will be pulling everything out of this useless bank !!

For an ACTUAL bank they don't give you many options. They "don't give cash advances anymore because they got rid of the cash machine."

I have been banking with Five Star Bank for years now.. All the ladies that work there are always so pleasant & are always willing to answer my questions. I would recommend people to bank at Five Star Bank.

Five star bank is the worst they just charged me for 2 overage fees when money is set to transfer on Thursday’s. But it Transfered on Tuesday when the funds weren’t available. They told me it wasn’t they’re fault even tho it’s a bank issue. I highly recommend choosing a different bank? Where should I do my banking now?

Have been with them for 5 years and have never had an issue. Their banking website is easy to use and they even have an app you can do a lot on. Staff is always helpful. Great place to do your banking.
