Wandy is amazing! She gave five star customer service from the moment I walked in the door and her sales associate handed me over to her. Her sales experience shone through in the way she took me from one case to another patiently allowing me to try on and gaze and change my mind. I came in to return an item and she had me upgrade my wedding band for my wedding in 2 months (I’ve wanted to upgrade since I bought it) and buy a wedding present for my husband. Taking advantage of the sale of course. Wandy was like my very own personal shopper, so attentive and insightful, Warm and caring. She even put heart confetti in the gift box for my husbands wedding present. She’s such a sweet angel!!!!!! I’ll be heading back tomorrow for my tennis bracelet!!

I came here bought a engagement ring with my mother-in-law and 3 months later my gf end the relationship with me so I decided to come back here to try to return the ring and I explained my situation to the store manager and she was so professional and sympathetic about my situation because there store policy states returns before 60 days and it was well passed 60 days. The store manager made it happened I was able to exchange the ring and got myself a nice piece of jewelry for myself. I want to thank the store manager and her employees for being so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this store for your jewelry collection.
