Horrible service took my vehicle for a brake fluit change and they left the line with air causing my brake pedal to make a bad sound and when I took the vehicle back they told me that I have to pay $250.00 in order for them to service it

My experience at Yonkers Honda was one that I value and appreciate. The sales representative, Faruk Shahzad, was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. The business manager, Ike Iqbal, worked with me on a price we could both work with. What keeps me loyal to Honda, after owning several models, including a CRV, Civic, and now an HRV, is the top-notch service I consistently receive. Rich Leon is my stamp of approval. I traded in my 2012 Honda Fit and bought my 2022 Honda HRV here yesterday with 13K miles on it, in beautiful shape. Salesperson Dahoemis Castillo took me through the whole process very efficiently. Dahoemis has a wonderful customer service approach, friendly, accommodating, flexible, and solutions-oriented! I had many questions and went back and forth between a lease and financing, looked at multiple cars, and Dahoemis never made me feel rushed or pressured. She worked very hard to help me complete the car sale on the same day, even in the face of issues with the DMV; she worked proactively with her coworkers to make sure all of the details were covered. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to worry about getting back into my old car, and was able to go home with all the details taken care of on the same day. Finance Manager Natalia Rodriguez was also instrumental in the process; her speedy work late on a Friday afternoon was key! She was also very friendly and professional. Finally, Jose, porter/lot attendant at 500 Yonkers Ave location, waited for us to get back from the Central Park Ave location to unload my old car, staying past his working hours, and patiently and courteously assisted us. Thanks so much to the stellar team at Yonkers Honda!

This service center has been my go-to ever since i purchased my own vehicle a few years ago. Everyone is very friendly, especially Iliana, who was super welcoming and extremely helpful when my vehicle started to experience its first few sets of major issues. She went the extra mile with her amazing service and for that, I'm extremely grateful for.

My car got vandalized, the thieves stole my airbag module and ruined my door lock cylinder. I took it to the Honda parts center at 500 Yonkers Avenue. I dealt with Edson Reyes, he was fantastic! he kept me updated at every step, my car was repaired very fast. I would gladly come back for any future needs.

This is my second time leasing a car, and all i can say it was such a big relief and effortless transaction. My first lease left me with a sour taste because i felt taken advantage of since it was my first car. The moment i met Jason Sanchez and Joe Gensert, i could tell it was going to be different. All the doubts and barriers i had went away. They made this transaction smooth, easy, and transparent which lacked in my first lease experience. I cant thank them enough for this amazing new car and wonderful experience they provided. No games or gimmicks when it comes to them, what they tell you is 100 percent the truth and they dont go back on their word unlike other dealerships i dealt with. Highly reccomened going to the vehicle exchange office located in the service building. They will absolutely blow you away with great deals and amazing customer service. I don't recommend it to anyone. My worst experience ever, I bought a battery AND the warranty. It doesn't work, they wanted to change it. It lasted more than two hours and they didn't resorb it.

So far so good. My experience here is great thanks to their service advisor iliana . She guided me through everything and helped me get my car up and running like brand new. She didn’t make me feel like it was just about the money but made me feel like she really wanted to help me up and going again and didn’t give me a run around.
