Scheduled service for 2 recalls. When I spoke with the customer service rep over the phone we confirmed the 2 recalls to address, rep informed me 1 of the recalls takes more time so the car would need to be dropped off for the day. They reassured me everything would be ready for them to to address the recalls. I made arrangements so I can drop off the car early in the am and when I showed up at the service center to check in the rep informed me they were not going to address both recalls. Informed them of the conversation I had and this time they said they need more than 1 day to take care of the 2nd recall. Rep was more interested in arguing than find a solution. I simply left and will take my car to another service center. I’ve had 2 prior encounters at this service center where the reps were being dishonest trying to sell services that were not needed and another where service was not done completely and I had to go back. I called to speak with the manager later in the day and they ended up connecting me with the rep who refused service. Eventually I got a call back from the manager Nick who reassured me he would help get things sorted. I called the following day, left a voicemail and he never responded. Someone else called and left me a voicemail to inquire why I hadn't completed service for the recalls... little do they know I had scheduled the service, only to show up and for them to tell me they weren't going to complete the service. Don't waste your time... staff are rude, disorganized and don't follow through.

If you willing to wait three hours for an oil change on your vehicle it’s the right place to go. I waited almost three hours for my car to served and when I got this back from them, all tires were missing air, multiple points inspection was not done, dashboard had no message displayed on it which cloud be that the oil change was not completed.

Every this was good but the car wash should be done or included when car is there for service. Most of the dealers do car wash.

I had my car towed to Toyota, it had all of a sudden lost power, they were prompt with finding the problem, the alternator. Quickly got the part and by the next day, I had my car back. Glenn was very helpful and courteous, he kept me informed of what was going on, great service. Thank you very much.
