I would give zero, but it's not allowed. A few weeks ago, we purchased a Gasland microwave oven from Bed, Bath, and Body Works. Needless to say, it did work. When it was turned on, sparks would start flying, and little flashes of ligjtning" would start. This is obviously a very hazardous thing to have in a home, especially that any child can operate. We called Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and Needless to say, they did nothing but direct us to their legal department. Their legal department directed us to the manufacturer, Garland, who sent us right back to Bed, Bath, and Beyond. This could have exploded and/or caught on fire, seriously injuring and/or killing someone. God Forbid it was a child. Bed, Bath, and Beyond has done nothing, zero to help us. They refuse to refund our money or even hear us out on the phone. Imagine if you had bought a microwave, or a crib, a high chair, a bicycle, or any number of things, and they were as defective as ours was. Except thins time a child did get hurt or die, and they treated you the way they have treated us. I think it's high time we show them how serious we are. I am caiiling for a BOYCOTT of all Bed, Bath, and Beyonds for 72 hours or longer if you want. They are putting our and our children's lives in danger. Are you going to stand for it? I'm not. Do the right thing America show them how we feel about our families. We have the power, not them. They need our money to operate their stores. Let's show them who their bosses are. PLEASE!!!

I had to return an in-stock/in store bathroom vanity and they charged me a 35% restocking fee. The salesperson was very helpful when I purchased the vanity but to charge 35% restocking fee was over the top and beyond greedy. It wasn't inflation but plain greed to charge 35% for an in-stock/in store vanity. 10-15% would be more than enough and reasonable but 35%?. I wouldn't go there again for anything. The charge was more than excessive and it was a ripped off.

Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable, unlike those Orange and Blue warehouse stores that hire novice workers to sell you substandard cabinets. Everyone there is wonderful ?

Spectacular service, a wealth of knowledge, fair pricing and quality products. Home depot and Lowe's cannot be compared here at all. Beautiful kitchen cabinets very quickly and wonderful experience. Highly recommend using them when you care about making the most expensive purchase worth it's value. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely detail oriented in measuring and layout. Sandy is our go to person. Very nice showroom with an extensive selection and fully customizable. The kitchen will be stunning when completed. It truly is the most used place in our house.

We purchased custom hardwood kitchen cabinets and a sink.We are thrilled with the quality of the cabinets including the specialty fittings to make access to items in the lower cabinets easier. Our sales person provided excellent advice during purchase and throughout the delivery and post installation period.Service: Remodeling

Shaeida, Shaeida, Shaeida! This is the only name you need to know. She is the best designer I have ever encountered….EVER! Her creativity, attention to detail and flawless execution is unparalleled. I am obsessed. She helps you think of all the micro things we often don’t pay attention to which allows a superior remodel. For example, I have a pet peeve about guests plopping their bags on the kitchen counter. To solve this, She proposed decorative construction hooks that hold up to 160 lbs for purses, bags etc. Another example, I don’t like toasters, can openers, coder makers or other everyday appliances sitting on the counter, so she incorporated an appliance garage to enclose them all. The list goes on and on. So far I have used Shaeida to remodel 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens and will continue to use and recommend her.Shaeida is is Simply the best; Love this placeService: Remodeling

I was hoping to remodel our kitchen with their countertop but we were quickly told to return a different day. Seems like you have to have an appointment to even walk in. Staff wasn't friendly or apologetic, just made us feel like we didn't belong there. Took my business around the corner to Adria Marble. Chose our countertops & sink same day even paid the deposit upfront. We could of done this with Westçhester Kitchen & Bath but they wanted to shoo us away without even making a return appointment. Over it.

In our open-plan space and with our love of cooking, the kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Shy at Westchester Kitchen & Bath played a huge, important role in what was basically a gut renovation of our kitchen. Even though the dimensions are on the smaller side (condo, not McMansion), she made sure to maximize every inch of space for us. She reconfigured the dimensions of the cabinetry, replacing a shallow pantry that wouldn’t fit most of our items with additional, valuable countertop space and a more functional cabinet design.Shy explained each step of the process and helped us weigh among various options, providing (and at times, demonstrating) practical points of view.
