Very friendly staff. Had a very special ring re sized, when I went home I realized myself it was the slightest bit too big. I went back that week and they resized free of charge with no judgement! Thank you!

Recently I brought in two pieces of jewelry for repair and a silver beaded necklace that was tarnished for cleaning. The repairs were done well and additionally, pieces were cleaned and looked stunning. They look like new jewelry to me. I was very pleased with the service. The only problem is that it can be hard to park on McClain Avenue so I recommend you bring somebody while you run into the jewelry store.

Billy went above and beyond during my experience with selecting a ring for my fiancée. The combination of his expertise and selection made for an incredible customized ring. My fiancée ring is gorgeous and even strangers make remarks on how amazing it is. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work to help my vision become the best reality. Began shopping around for an engagement ring two months ago, but was always drawn back to Westchester Jewelry as I grew up in the area and my parents bought their wedding bands there! Alana helped me from start to finish and could not have made the process more relaxed, enjoyable, and fun. I brought my ring in because it was a little too tight they resized it for me and it only took a few hours. Very professional and price wise not at all expensive. Will definitely be going back

Went out a couple of Saturday’s ago and decided i will buy a Rolex. I walked in the owners son was there and assisted me through the whole process. Very easy, convenient, and priced correctly. I was not too happy about the extra fees they made me pay because i used a credit card (4% of purchase price which adds up quick) but i was able to look past it. Good Service and product overall.

Excellent service and could not recommend them more! Needed an engagement ring re sized (purchased from an out of state dealer), and they were able to resize the gold band 2 sizes bigger in 1 hour. It's been over a month, and I am still very satisfied with the work they did.

Billy and the staff are all such nice people. They are so accommodating. I had rings resized twice and the center stone of my engagement ring tightened (all separate instances). All of the services I had done on my jewelry were finished so quickly, which was is amazing on its own but even more so given it’s the holiday season. I wish I could give them 10 stars, definitely recommend.
