Went there with my mom. The bankers there were really warm and enthusiastic to help us out. Seeing me sit idle, I was approached by a banker who took the time and care to actually get out of his chair to ask whether he needed my assistance. Never expected something like that, when he could have just asked the same from his cabin!

If you are a Wells Fargo customer and are nearby, check out this location. I even go out of my way sometimes to travel to this location because it's not as crowded as the ones in NYC. The good aspects: First off, they have great customer service Also, the lines are usually pretty short, so getting banking done is fairly painless. The just okay aspects: The parking lot is a pain to navigate. Also, they close too early on Saturdays.

It is so alarming that when I visit the central ave Wells Fargo branch in Yonkers the bank rep who sits by the front window is always on her cell phone, not hiding it or paying attention. No greeting or acknowledgement of the customers. The professional standards and awareness no longer exist. I get more service and recognition at the ATM.

Its usually not busy the tellers and the workers including the bank managers are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have and help you in anyway pissible
