branch manager is the worst. taking whole branch performance down. 6 star for employee performance and -5 star for branch manager that's equals to 1 star. there is no option for 0 or minus or would have given that too.

This is the absolute worst bank I have ever been to. This is the third time I've came to this bake and they're making me wait 15 minutes just to make a deposit. I came last week I drove through the drive-thru it was closed at a park my car come inside and waiting additional 15 minutes You would think they would have somebody telling you that they're closed their short staffed.Stay far away from this location as possible unless you want to waste your time.

The "Getty Square" branch is the worst!!! Closed Saturdays & have the audacity to"Lock " the ATM up. So "Their" Customers can't at least use the ATM ...I see why this bank is going down,they are Disgusting. Why would you "inconvenience" Your customer like that? And had the Nerve to post a sign lobby hours Saturday 9-12 and still closed...I come with receipts.

For a bank that charges buisness clients so much to bank with you its unbelievable how there is always only 1 teller in the morning i have a buisness to run and have to open late everyday because of the long uncessary wait in the morning every morning

Nasty service waiting in line for more than 25 minutes, I say hello to the cashier lady and she never answer me she makes me wait another 10 minutes she was pretending doing something when I clearly seen her doing nothing bad attitude and i say thank you to her when she finish my transactions and she even say nothing to me nasty nasty Attitude

Worst bank ever. Every time I go the ATM is broken. I went today, and there was construction at the entrance. I needed to get to the ATM and was told if I wanted to enter I needed an appointment.
