I am extremely disappointed with WELLS FARGO They returned a deposited check without a clear explanation and are now making it unnecessarily difficult for me to deposit a copy of a legal check. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has caused me significant frustration. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Practically never have more than 1 teller working and there’s always at least a 5 - 10 minute waiting period before anyone can make a simple deposit
