maria at wells fargo cross county could use a little lesson in customer service. kind of rude to tell a customer to wait and then completely walk away without saying anything after i waited for my turn. only even gave two stars because i was tended to by someone else after she exited

Ive been going to this wells fargo for years my safety deposit box lock cylinder broke the staff and the branch manager attended to my issue quickly and it was resolved in a timely manner the branch manager and staff were great ?
