They close their ATM all weekend and the door lock that lets WF customers in is broken 24/7. WHY HAVE AN ATM IF IT HAS NORMAL BANK HOURS??? The sheer stupidity on display here is unreal. 0/5 stars should be an option.

Racist! Literally was the first one at the door waiting for the bank to open and the Spanish banker took the Spanish woman first. Another banker responses that also is Spanish that she had an appt when I questioned why I wasn’t helped first. Shouldn’t she still have asked me first what I needed and if I had an appt? How didn’t they know I didn’t have an appt. Do not come to this location.

I really am disturbed with this particular location which "closes" off the ATM lobby area after hours. That is Disgusting to us loyal customers.(and yes,I know about the loitering problems with vagabonds) hire people to clean, customer shouldn't have to suffer.

The crack heads are everywhere and the bank don’t let u take money after a Certain time the doors are locked ATM should be 24 hours why should I have to pay a fee to go to another bank just to take out my own money need to find a different way horrible

It's a great place to do my banking but why are the doors locked when you just want to use the ATM machine all other banks allow their customers to use the ATM but not this one 8 AM in the morning and I can't use the ATM I have to wait until 9 o'clock to use the ATM this is ridiculous What is this new function where you have to put your phone in a slot and put your card on top this is confusing why can't we just slide our card in the door and open the door and use the ATM why are you making this so difficult for people to use

I'd like to be the second to note that the door being locked is an incredible inconvenience, the ATMs should be available 24/7/365. I know of no other bank that prohibits customer access in this way.

Great customer service, staff at all levels regard the customers in a professional manner even the security staff. Their network of services are one stop service especially when traveling.The only problem is the parking but makes up for the branch location which is convenient.

..i needed a local branch bank, I burned bridges with USAA so I shot my shot with Wells Fargo. The people who work there are cool, but honestly they probably don't have accounts with Wells Fargo. They're not to be trusted, they prey on minorities. I'll probably have them another six months or so..
