You can't access the ATM outside of banks hours. How stupid is that? I'm going to switch my mom back to the bank I use. It's ridiculous plus the bank is charging her account high fees. Ripping off seniors. Shame on this bank!😡

totally dismissed me, went to try to exchange a ripped bill even with an account with them , called another wells fargo location and they said i could right away.
