The worst bank ever, using my debit card to buy materials and I was unable to as the bank last limit is $2,500 asked them to raise it they said they had went back to get my materials card still Declined , called themBack and asked three what’s going on told me they couldn’t do it new policy, how can I conduct business with a $2,500 limit

Excellent experience with Webster Bank on Mclean Ave, Yonkers ny. Excellent service very professional and friendly staff. Also they do not charge you ATM fees. I love this bank.

Awful bank the women I just spoke to clamming to be the manager hadn't a clue what was going on and actually admitted she she didn't want was going on, I lost a customer over this bank and I was furious, she had no understanding of my situation please Webster bank if you are reading this fire this women

All of the Webster branches I have been too have great customer service but this is my favorite of all, they treat me like a friend, I feel like i'm at home here. Not only are they pleasant they are also efficient, fast and very helpful. It's actually a pleasure to bank here.

The proximity of this branch to me is one of the reasons I haven't dumped Webster after moving to New York...and I'm glad I discovered this one, because it's way closer to me than the one on Central Park Avenue. I grew up in Connecticut, and Webster is a Connecticut-based bank, and branches around here are obviously few and far between so it's not like I can visit their ATM on a daily basis. I rarely need to go between mobile check deposit and taking cashback from various merchants rather than eating ATM fees, but when I have a bunch of cash to deposit or something, it's helpful that the ATM is only 15 minutes away. My only complaint is I wish they'd put in a driveup ATM. Since I've moved, I've entertained the thought of switching banks for my primary checking account - but then I end up having to call them for some sort of customer service issue, and am reminded why I like them so much. They're always helpful and there's rarely more than a 5 minute wait to get a hold of a human being that actually is in Connecticut rather than some far off call center. I strongly doubt Chase would be that good, and I know from experience Bank of America is absolutely atrocious. I really wish they'd support Android Pay with their debit cards, they used to and then stopped...meanwhile maintaining Apple Pay compatibility (and I was making NFC payments long before it was a twinkle in the corpse of Steve Jobs' eye) but they finally made some homebrew app - which is annoying since sometimes I want to use a different card in Android Pay, and it's annoying to force Android Pay to default over Webster Pay...but I appreciate the fact that they finally did something about this after hounding them for a solid year. Overall I enjoy how Webster has big bank features while maintaining small bank customer service skills, which is why I've been a customer for 12 years and counting after a brief break to big bad BofA waters (ugh.)

Very incredibly EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL service. Especially, they've tried their very best to protect customers' safety from fraud, by their impressively quick responses, actions, notification, communication and super speedy refunds. I'm pretty happy and lucky to have accounts in the bank. Definitely, I'll introduce to my friends in the future.
