I mostly visit this store to shop for, (of course) undergarments if I need to replace some pairs or, to just treat myself when it nears either my birthday, the holidays, and/or for when there happens to be a sale, (considering the location within the Jefferson Valley Mall had closed, this is the only other option where I can go to). Although, sometime previously when I had visited this location, it was like a zoo and several bras, panties, and whichever else products were scattered about...However, I would assume now it might be different, (I believe this was because it was around the time Victoria's Secret was having their Semi Annual Sale or, could be some other kind of sale..I do not recall). Moreover, this is one of my favorite stores I like to browse or, shop from when attempting to get a good discount.

This was my first time in this store since the pandemic. I went to buy a Christmas gift for someone. There were so many sales people on the floor, restocking and providing assistance, it was amazing. Not to mention, every cash register had a cashier, and they were moving the line rapidly. Initially, I was hesitant to stand on double line, but the fast-paced cashiers were so pleasant, courteous, and kind, I was in- and-out almost immediately. Great job and Bravo ? to the staff at this location . Keep up the great work!

This store has unprofessional staff! I guess they got it from their manager. I was denied extra bags and all the manager had to say "it’s that time of the year". Y'all ridiculous
