If you come to this place for Verizon service, that's fine, but be aware not to buy anything extra from this place, especially the accessories. They will literally charge you an arm and a leg. Plus, they will go above and beyond to sell you their accessories because that's where they rip you off and get their greedy money. I don't recommend them at all; I have had tens of better Verizon store experiences elsewhere.

I went in to upgrade my phone and manage other items in the account. The staff had great patience with the non-techs of the world like me. They worked as a team and, collectively, very quickly addressed questions, concerns, and more follow-up questions and even offered to help claim the Verizon discounts and promotions.
