Love this store but they guy working upstairs today- walking around with his headphone on, screaming at people before we even got off the escalator- THE REGISTERS ARE CLOSED!!! It was 10mins before closing. The registers weren’t closed and even if they were- there’s no need to stand around screaming at customers, if you don’t like retail find a new job because customer service clearly isn’t his thing.

My recent visit to the Uniqlo store left much to be desired. The workers struggled to clarify store policies, making my attempt to process a return unnecessarily complicated. The store itself appeared disorganized, with messy aisles and chaotic dressing rooms. The management did little to improve the overall experience. Don't bother coming to this location or company.

This place has been selling the same plain stuff for a decade. Sometimes you need a basic thing.. but never again here. This store isn't very well kept compared to the nyc ones, plus half is cluttered with cheap licensed Mickey Mouse t shirts. And while you can pick up an online order there, they don't accept returns or even exchanges of online orders. Dying brand.

The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!

Would NOT recommend getting pants here.This location is clean, not crowded, and has a decent selection of clothing.Uniqlo pants are one size then you give them to tailor to your specific length. No biggie.I bought a pair of the pleated men’s pants with invisible hem. Measured and have them take 2 inches off the bottom. Standard at any Uniqlo location.Turn around was 2 days; again no big deal.Went to pick them up and was horrified at the tailoring service. I got a monstrosity of a butchered attempt at the invisible hem. Take a look at the photo for yourself.The grey one is supposed to be how invisible hems are done.The lopsided clearly visible hem on the beige is what I’m stuck with.Since they were altered, Uniqlo policy is no refunds or exchanges.Suggestion for the store: switch your tailor or just please don’t offer something you can’t do correctly.

Manager Andrew C. is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know how he got his job but he’s terrible, dismissive, rude and extremely unprofessional. He is giving this store a terrible reputation.
