I had an amazing experience with AlexT. My hair stylist. I came across this place a month ago I love my old neighborhood and their mom and pop beauty supply stores, but Ulta takes things up a level or 4 lol but i digress. My friend told me about their services and she was gonna get glammed up so I saw the vast services they provided and decided to give my kids a go at it 1st. My 6 yr old massive curly hair went in for a cut. Alex T. Did great my son and I both loved it. My 13 yr old daughter went in for a cut, gloss, and blow out ( this time with brigeet) was good friendly but cut was later found out to be uneven. I still had my appointment next couple of weeks with Alex T. And I was hopeful, fast forward to my appointment at 3:30 finishing around 8 ( and let’s face it with perfection there really is no time limit) I am happy with the time and patience Alex had while I navigated through my color ideals.i and my kids will go back !!!
P.s. Alex agreed to fix brigeet’s err!

I had a great experience at this location. Akemis was super helpful in getting products for my hair. She was not only nice but she was also very informative.

They would not assist you what so ever , even if they job depended on it 😭 if you ever need to find a shade match . Save the trip & go else where . Waste of time .

I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta, but unfortunately, some managers don’t seem to know how to properly handle customer concerns regarding products. I’ve experienced interactions where I was treated quite rudely, which was disappointing. I hope Ulta can provide better training in customer service, especially for management, to ensure all customers feel respected and heard.

The poor cashier (or actually looked like she was a manager) at work simply was not trained to execute proper etiquette. Very poor customer service by tapping her unhygienic nails to wait for the next customer. As a consumer first, and cosmetic franchisee I am very disappointed that she was at the register handling customer service so poorly. Though ULTA does not care it is so sad to see their employees hate their job.

I just called a few minutes ago asking if they had the la girl mixing foundation and the lady that I spoke too had me waiting for so long that I had to hang up the phone and call back. Once I call back another associate spoke to me and again I ask for the la girl white base and then she told me that the previous girl I spoke too didn’t find it and then I told her so why she didn’t just tell me and just had me waiting stupid on the phone and she just hang up on me instead of apologizing for having me waiting. I had it to call back again because this was unacceptable and told the girl that I saw you have the product in stock and she just told me with an attitude that they were in boxes like if I was some type of weirdo or something. Totally unacceptable behavior towards customers.

This Location is very unprofessional. It was my first time shopping at a Ulta and I had no assistance and also when it was time for me to check out there was no direction on where the line begins. The cashier was looking at me stand and wait online and when it was time to check out they took a later that came online after me. The manager or supervisor was very unprofessional on assisting me. She walked away. When it was my time to check out one of the cashiers skipped off the register and her and the manager was laughing. Would never shop at this location again and definitely don’t recommend shopping at this location.

This review Is specifically for my experience with their Salon Tech Caren. I got my first haircut after growing my hair out after not cutting it for 4 years Caren gave me a cut and color and I could not be happier with my experience. I was super nervous but her friendly demeanor and conversation helped ease my nerves. She explained everything clearly and gave her recommendations as I was unsure. It's a lovely haircut and great dye job that after a few months is still vibrant enough to garner compliments from strangers (Weird Flex, ik). I highly reccomend anyone to choose Caren for your styling and maintenance needs, She's great! Thanks again, I'm so happy with how it turned out!!

Kinda messy-- samples are usually all smooshed up and played with. Once saw someone fill 2 tote bags to the brim with perfume and run out while security just watched. But when I, a paying customer, sample perfume security lurks around me the entire time ?♀️
But I mean ultimately I go and I get what I need so I guess that's what matters
