“I found my car with a flat tire on a rainy Sunday morning and managed to get it to this shop. They were able to fix it quickly, without taking it off the car. Super job! Reasonably priced. They could easily have charged me much more on a Sunday morning, but didn’t. I highly recommend.”

“I called and received no answer. I must admit that I was disappointed. Within a few minutes my phone rang and it was the tire shop. Unfortunately they did not have a used tire the size that my car used but a great prompt call back just the same. I might add that I tried five used tire shops between Yonkers and the Bronx and only one had a used tire that fit my car. So it was no small task to find a tire for my car. About a year and one half ago I went in with two new tires for my other car which they put on for me. They didn't even charge me to dispose of the old tires.”
“Came in for replacement tires that I purchased online. Brian was very helpful, and deserves commendation for his customer service skills.
Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers.
The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff.
I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.”

“I took my Maserati gran turismo to many shops to get it aligned (over 5 shops) and no one could do it.
Not only did these guys align it the best they could they also found the issue that was causing my alignment issues when no one else could.
If you have a high end sports car or an exotic car I highly recommend this shop.”
