“disappointing” is an understatement as to how this location operates. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a friendly employee. Most everything is behind the plastic locked boxes so I need to wait around for an employee to get the item I came for. I’ve waited for up to 20 minutes. Additionally the highly sought after Onyx Storm release was handled so poorly I was shocked. Books were not out and available. Employees were not prepared and we were met with a “I guess I’ll check the back”. Additionally, this massive location had only 2 target editions. For this location, the book release and attitude from employees is absolutely unacceptable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I wish I could give a 0 star on reviews , DON'T come to this Target at all !!! I feel very uncomfortable coming to this target because there are very rude and unprofessional managers!!! HR DEPARTMENTS HAVE TO DO BETTER

The store is so bad. I took an item from the shell and once I was ready to check it out, they claimed it cannot be sold until the following day. They told me is nothing they can do I waste my time and the only thing they said am so sorry like sorry is going to do something for me

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with an employee named “TYESHA”, who claimed to be a manager. Despite my polite and repeated requests, she initially refused to process my return, providing conflicting information about the policy. It was only after I insisted on speaking to a manager that she reluctantly made the return, snatching my phone to check the receipt in an unprofessional manner. While I thanked her graciously, her attitude remained hostile. When I kindly asked for her name, she tauntingly asked for mine in return, which felt aggressive and unnecessary. What made this worse was her noticeably friendlier demeanor toward other customers, leaving me feeling singled out and discriminated against. While I understand the holiday season can be stressful, such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope this is addressed to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

Please never do online pick up. They say they have it ready for pickup then when you get there they can't find it and they are out of stock. Now 2nd incident i ordered an item for pickup but I saw a closer target in my map. So I purchased the same item and went home. Hour later the item I ordered to be picked up was pickup by someone... I didn't pick it up so they just giving orders away and trying to charge who ever ordered the item....be careful target here is scammers. 3 situation with there help. Shop with no help
in this target.

Terrible service, I ordered a lego online to pick up, it turns out and it stands out that they sent me confirmation the next day that I could pick up the lego and it arrived around 8pm and they told me that the lego is out of stock or what? And not only did the same thing happen to many people who had more than 5 minutes waiting in line, the staff were all rude with a lack of professionalism

Online pick up is horrible. Very disorganized. They focus on the drive up pick up as first priority. They have two staff focusing on that and only one person doing online pick up and return. It’s the same person doing both these services. For it to be a new target, the online pick up needs to be improved. I ended up canceling my online pick up and getting the ideas myself at this store. That’s how bad it is. It doesn’t make sense because online pick up should be smooth especially if it’s already paid for in advance. The staff move at a slow pace and don’t seem to care if you have been waiting on line to pick up your order for more than 10mins. I won’t be using this target for pick up moving forward.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T come to this Target !!! I feel very uncomfortable coming to this target because there are very rude workers. The security guard is racist or something . I felt so uncomfortable shopping here , i go here a lot for emergency shopping since its closer to me and i feel every security guard starring so hard . They be thinking i steal and i hate to experience something like this everytime i go . They be eyeing you so hard . i had a two situations where i had to call out the security guard because they stopped me to check my bags because they thought i was " stealing " . I felt so umcomfortable . i called the manager so she can know that its very uncomfortable and why they do this everytime i go ?? The manager literally said nothing instead she took his side . Very bad service here . I rather and recommend you guys to go to a different target. I even told the manager I came here to shop just because someone steals does NOT mean everyone does . Manager didnt care . I Rate this 0 stars .

I don’t get all of the hate and negative reviews. I don’t know what people expect. It’s a freaking Target store not the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It’s clean, well lit and appropriately staffed. It’s strange that a lot of the merchandise is locked up but I imagine they know what gets ripped off and what doesn’t. It’s fine. Shop here without fear.

Order pickup at this store is embarrassing and annoying. There is a very clear reason why you never see any management around this area of the store as I would also be ashamed of how it’s run on the regular if I were a TL. You got employees being yelled at over dumb corporate return policies while people are waiting to get helped with no manager in sight despite the employee calling for one. The store has made its own rule that you need the app barcode AND ID for picking up orders because they have no other way to deal with scammers. I live nearby and am not carrying my whole wallet to pick up shampoo and multivitamins be so for real. I’m pretty sure that’s why Target came up with the barcode in the first place. There are also no signs in the order pickup area about ID and barcode requirement so shoutout to them for not protecting their workers from customers that are obviously going to be annoyed. Not sure if i’ll keep coming back here for my essentials as actually shopping at this store is its own hell waiting for items to get unlocked. Two stars cause sometimes the employees are really nice and know where products are, sometimes.
