My second time here and continued to be disappointed with the snobby customer service associates. Alexis was condescending and unwilling to help. Furthermore, all the associates just stand there unwilling to acknowledge any of the customers that enter the store.

This T-Mobile store at the Cross County mall is the worst. The people they have working there are lying to customers by offering certain products and promotions that at the end you will be getting charged for. My husband and mother are customers of T-Mobile for many years, and I was with Verizon for a long time as well. I was very happy with Verizon but after some consideration I decided to join my husband’s family plan at T-Mobile so we could save some money and be all together in one family plan. Oh boy what a big mistake that was, the beginning of a nightmare. We just wanted to transfer my number from Verizon to T-Mobile while at the same time trade in my old phone for a new one. The associate “taking care of us” she goes by the name of Yani by the way, started to offer us watches , stating that they were free and that all we have to pay is the service fee for the watches, $10 for the first one and $5 for the second one on a monthly basis to be added to the bill. It sounds good at the moment so we agreed. So it turned out that we were charged no only for the watches but $15 for each additional line. She also added an insurance that we never asked for. Needless to say I regret making that move, because instead of saving money we ended up paying a lot more. That associate in specific talks to customers as if they are ignorants. If you really want to save money and receive better service don’t go to that store. Those associates needs to be better trained and better managed to say the least.

Excellent service, the people here are nice and gentle and they were answering all my doubts, the promotions are incredible and I don't have any complaints about the T-movil service always hood ? ? ?

I went to T-Mobile today to upgrade 2 phones. Gustavo helped me and was so very kind, professional and patient. I was there to upgrade my kids' phones. They were back amd forth on phone sizes and colors. He took it all in stride. He transfered all info, added screen protectors and phone cases. I am so happy with the changes that this store location has made. All associates and managers and great. They are also the only store that answered the phone and answered my questions without an attitude. BRAVO T-Mobile Central Ave!!

Was a customer with tmobile for past 5 years .but the people work this place don't know what they doing last time I go there and add a line and a phone .but this guy told me a rate and some discounts but from next month onward all my plans goes very high and paying over.try to call customer care for lot of times they give some credit and after few months they said they can't fix this problem you have to go back to store and fix it .now I went to the store now they saying it's late now ...this place cheating customer by giving false information and selling their products for they business no customer service. Now I have to cancel tmobile not recommended tmobile and this store .they have to hire some knowledgeable people very disappointed

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a T-Mobile employee named Aris, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of service he provided. This store is the WORST of all the t-mobile stores I went in to upgrade my phone and they told me i was unable too upgrade when tmobile corporate clearly said i could, they hire nothing but arrogant and rude trashy Hoodrats especially the women who probably have kid’s living on Section 8 do urself a favor and go to a different store and avoid this one entirely.

The staff was very professional and efficient with helping me setup my new device while answering any questions I had at the time about any future devices I plan on getting. Things went smooth and i spent a lot less time then what i thought i would have.

Must agree with other reviews. Don't go here. I went there and I needed to return a phone and the chubby guy that came to help me wouldn't even allow me to explain what I needed. Very annoying. All they want is new customers to make their commission. I'd skip this store if I were you

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I went to switch my phone carrier from Verizon since there was a deal for new t-mobile customers to get an upgraded phone at a discount. Upon arrival to the store, my boyfriend and I were ignored. There was no one greeting people at the front, there was no clear indication of a line to wait on, and someone else was given attitude when asked where to wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting, JIMMY came to help us. And looking back, he did more harm than good. The entire interaction was very unprofessional and I feel like he talked (or assumed) more about our personal lives than helping us with our phones. Jimmy insisted on making me sign up for a t-mobile account and adding 2 lines extra because “the 3rd is on us.” He said that in order to get the discount and the new phone, I had to start an account THEN order the phone THEN “port in” my old phone number. By the time I left the store (4 hours later) I had no new phone and a new SIM card with a phone number I never intended to use. Also, since my boyfriend and I were planning on being put on the same plan, we asked if he could get the same deal. Jimmy (who seemed to have zero idea of what he was doing) said yes and we ended up getting TWO NEW SIM CARDS WITH TWO NEW PHONE NUMBERS THAT NO ONE WAS GONNA USE. Instead of telling us that we could port in our phone numbers OVER THE PHONE he said we needed to go back to the store. A week later we went to another store where they told us we didn’t even need to be there because everything we needed could have been handled over the phone. Now we’re stuck with two extra phone lines that we can’t use (because we can’t cancel for at least a YEAR) and bill for all of this extra BS. WE WERE LIED TO!!!! JIMMY had no clue what he was doing and went to every other employee in the store to ask for help. Meanwhile, no one truly helped us. I will never return to t-mobile cross county. Avoid it at all costs.
