T-Mobile really wants you to be an authorized user and show ID to get a FREE glass cup. While not the fault of the employees, this is ridiculous, what even is the point of the T-Mobile Tuesday app.

My first time coming to this store and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a t-mobile store. I went in to inquire about upgrading my Samsung phone and the young lady gave me options and detailed every option to my understanding. I will definitely be coming back when I’m ready to change my phone. Everyone there was so welcoming.

I went to this t-mobile store like a week ago the sales person Elizabeth was very helpful at setting up my internet she explained with details this helped me to understand what was wrong with my internet. I personally was satisfied with the services and think t-mobil should hire more people like her.

After having my phone fall in my sink, I rushed to the nearest T-Mobile!! I was helped immediately by Jenice! She helped me purchase my newest iPhone 15! She even offered me a deal that helped me buy my son a new phone. Awesome customer service, thank you Jenice!

People in this store are so helpful, they helped me open up my account today and gave exact details of everything of the plan. The boy Diovell was very nice.

After having the worst phone experience with T-Mobile to replace my phone. I got my phone shipped to this store. Arrived at the store about between 12:05-12:10pm , on the walk in their are two employees behind the counter, guy and girl looking at each other like “who’s going to take care of him” not like “hello how can we help you?”. I go up to the guy and explain to him that I’m here to pick up a phone, he pulls up the account and ask for ID, I give it to him. Then he proceeds to ask me if I’m paying a bill. So obviously he not listening to me. I tell him I’m there to pick up a phone again and he ask does my old phone Turn on, I say no and he says we can’t take it I’m like ok I’ll take the phone that was shipped over here. The “Manager” walks up and says we can’t give you the new phone or take the old phone. We don’t except phones that don’t turn on you have to get it shipped to another store. I then proceed to call my wife then I go up to the “Manager and ask her name she tells me it’s on the badge so I go up to her to see her badge and she’s blocking it with her arm. I’m like why are you acting like this, she’s like “you are to close and you’re suppose to be behind something that they say is a counter but the phones are on display over there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Efrayalin (hope I’m spelling it right) you should be ashamed of yourself, calling yourself a Manager. Your staff are immature “kids”. I doubt if they have customer service experience. It’s a way to handle customers and what you all did today wasn’t it. There’s so much more I want to say but it’s already to long.

The “workers” are immature and lazy! I walked in and everyone stood staring at each other to see who’d take me. The pregnant “manager” Efrayalin or however it’s spelled covered her name tag so I write her name down to let customer service know who I spoke to.

I was on at this store 3 days ago to pay for a new line (would have then had 2 pre-paid lines) and was basically told that it would be cheaper to get on a plan with 2 lines (as opposed to pre-paid which I have had for over 3 yrs). I was told the total cost would be $113 because of all the add-on benefits (Apple, hulu, Netflext). I agreed only to see an expected bill for $160, and not benefits that would have brought the price down. In addition, they added an additional line "free" that I did not ask for. It really felt like I was up sold, as if I wouldn't check these things out. The young man behind the register seemed nice enough (Darnell or Donovan something like that) but he was listening to a young lady, his colleague, who was clearly misrepresenting the service he then sold to me. It's disappointing that folks are looking to make a quick buck on the backs of others. I did look at the specifics, of course, got on the phone with T-Mobile and ended up with a much better deal and credit for the 3 days I spent on the bloated plan. So yeh! for T-Mobile, Boo for the staffer at Yonkers staff that unnecessarily upsold me.

Friendly but most of them don't know what they are doing. It is a waste of time to go there because at the end you will have to call t-mobile support.
