If youre looking to open an Ipostal PO box here, you're better off opening a PO box at USPS which I did today so I can close my Ipostal address here. My mail been sitting in a pile for a few days which ppl pay to overnight it. Nothing came in the system or my app so I had to make 2 trips back to back just to get my urgent mail.
That young Hispanic lady behind the counter was uninterested and when I'm trying to explain what I'm here for since it's not showing up in the app, it's like talking to a wall. Very dismissive and the Spanish guy just talked over me to her while i was speaking to her. Just lack of basic manners.
Look I understand people are tired and nobody was giving any attitude to them but with that lack of manners, customers are bound to have an attitude with the way they respond to service.
Simply said, if this is just a paycheck then maybe customer service is not their best forté and not the best to handle customers. Everyone pays a lot of money for a service which just ends up to be a hassle. If you cannot even lift your head up to speak to someone when someone is speaking to you then you might need to reassess yourself and your professionalism.

Had to return an Amazon purchase to UPS. Waited less than one minute and whole transaction took less than a minute.

The service at this location SUCKS. Employees have NASTY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDES!! Not customer friendly whatsoever. I’ve been a long time customer as it’s convenient like location from my home, taking my business elsewhere!!!

I had an excellent experience at Staples recently while purchasing ink and utilizing the rewards app. The associate went above and beyond to assist me, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I got exactly what I needed. They also took the time to explain how to submit ink cartridge for recycling, which I found extremely helpful. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend Staples for their knowledgeable and attentive staff.

Big sign says we take ups returns but they don't take qr code? I waited 30 mins to be told no qr code. I redo so it's a form then a box that's 12 x8 letter size is to big to return? A lunch box is not to big this is a rotlyal waste of time. Not only will I not shop here but after talking with your staff I won't even drive by anymore but thank you for scamming us about UPS returns! THEY DO NOT TAKE UPS RETURNS

Seems like the staff were poorly trained because they were having trouble figuring out how to use the card scanner. Really, Staples? Get your act together or you’ll keep losing customers!

I was very pleased with the above and beyond service provided by Emily at the Staples Yonkers Copy and Print department. We have reoccurring commercial needs between NJ & NY and we definitely be bringing all of our business to this location going forward. Great customer service and being knowledgeable is priceless.
