Thanks to Krystal, when i went into this location to get a new line added, I ended up getting a new Galaxy S23 for free. Krystal was over the top with her customer service while assisting me. Her professionalism and knowledge of all I could qualify for to improve my phone service made my experience satisfactory and easy. I also saw how she patiently assisted an elderly couple with ease and clarity. I'll definitely go back for her assistance in the future. Big up to Krystal.

Terrible customer service. One of the workers female (tall Spanish women with a nasty attitude) worker lied about my account and the whole plan I had to get me to switch to something I did not want. I repeated I wanted to stay with my account the way it was and she still changed it. On top of that added a whole third line I did not ask nor need. Since I’ve had terrible service. If I didn’t go to check my bill I would have been charged over $300 for something I never asked for. Took me days to get some kind of help with my account. Since my account is still messed up. You guys need better workers because she was clearing just trying to get more commission with no regards for what the customer asked/wanted.

Double check everything. Went in for a new phone since mine unfortunately broke. Was charged an amount and given no receipt. Walked out a month later with a crazy expensive bill, they added Protections Plans that I never agreed to, and there was no record of the charge I inquired about paying in the store, to see where that had been allocated. Just be cautious and ask about everything, as well as ask for them to show you your new account information.

Walked in with my husband who was looking to upgrade his phone. We were immediately told that they’d be closing in 20 mins (@5pm) so they wouldn’t be able to complete a data transfer along with an upgrade, which is arguably why we all show up to a physical store in the first place.I’m curious as to why this location shows that it’s open until 8pm. I’m also curious as to why if you’re in the store before close (20 mins before, not 2 mins before) why they refuse you a complete service if it prohibits staff from leaving right on the hour. I’ve worked in retail my whole life. If someone walks through the doors before close I’ve always been instructed to complete the sale. We’ve had good service here in the past. Today was a frustrating turn off from an employee who clearly couldn’t leave fast enough.

As soon as I came in i was told that this wasn’t an official tmobile store , even though theres a tmobile awning so I’m not sure, but that they would be able to assist me. I was helped my Krystal. I went to have my phone upgraded. She had informed me that I would be able to upgrade my entire plan as well, with no payment towards an upgrade for only an extra $25 a month. I kept asking if my upgrade would have any additional fees and she proceeded to tell me that the only money I would pay is the $25 a month. After wasting over 30 min of my life upgrading my plan, she tells me the balance was $350 and that its for an activation fee. Did I not just ask you the same question five times ? Do not go here. Then she was being rude on top of that.

Recently walked in to have my screen protector changed because I had my phone repaired and my old SP was taken off and disgraced. I have warranty for unlimited screen protectors so I went in to get it changed. I Was told it couldn’t be done without proof of the old damaged screen protector. I’m not sure how that makes sense and I wasn’t about to argue because how do you even know the difference between a screen protector from T-Mobile or five below but I was instructed to call 611 and they’d mail me one. To then call and find out; that’s not correct. A total inconvenience and now have to travel to a third t mobile. It’s giving not wanting to do your job and simply being lazy. I’ve been to this location a couple times and it seems that they enjoy it being quiet and empty because every time you have a question or request it seems to be an issue. Go to cross county’s store instead.

Thomas is the epitome of superior customer service. I had a serious phone issue and he spent 45 minutes with me resolving it. I’ve always been treated well at that location no matter who was working. Courteous and professional all the way!

Store representative cheated on my account resent order they activate apple watch SE and sold some one I believe. When my monthly bill went high I called T-Mobile customer service and they helped fix the issue. Any new customer please be aware.
