I placed a order on March 10 2021 and I guess it had the wrong address. So it was sent back to this company. The post office said they sent it back. I have been calling their phone and emailing for months now and no response. I been calling all day in between business hours and still nothing. I just want a refund because this is ridiculous. I will never spend my money with them again. Here it is July almost august and still nothing

I ordered a book and a magazine from Special Needs X-press, Inc. The book and magazine were never delivered to my incarcerated loved one and was sent back to Special Needs. I requested a refund for the no delivery of the products. This was over a month ago and no one has contacted me or refunded my card. Poor Customer Service, but Great Selection. $43.00 is not a lot but it is when you don't have the product you paid for.

Ordered my husband some books that had got returned due to nudity and also what the jail considered gang related. The mail room at the jail gave me a hard time. First I called Special Needs and they sent my husband proof of delivery to go along with his grievance and that is when we found out it was returned, i called a couple weeks later and the representative Darin who handles the online orders was great. He was able to find the order and credit my account so I can order immediately. Thank you for assisting me.
