My order was never shipped/received and it’s been over a month and no one is responding to my refund request.

I ordered but they didnt delivery and I even emailed them but never responded until I called them and they like oh sorry we didnt know what's going on..........they dont want to ship out and they dont care but they took my money.

Im trying to call them to get my money back or change the address because my baby move to another prison but not answering its like every time u call they said they close but they not they open at 11:30 or somebody going to have to give me my money back
