Quality of service was exceptional. Marcus and his team are friendly, professional, and highly responsive. I recently had friends looking for a real estate agent in NYC that spoke Spanish. I sent her Marcus' info and she choose him to be her agent. My friend who is older and primarily speaks Spanish, felt more comfortable working with Marcus and his team. This place is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You are always treated with utmost care and patience throughout the whole Sell/Buy process. One and Done! Has to be a record somewhere! House sold literally in one day! I know for sure it was the preparation and the incredible attention to detail that brought us to the finish line. Marcus and his team covered every aspect of the sale without a hitch. From the expert photography that included video walk-throughs and aerial drone footage to the professionalism exhibited from his team.
