This lady sandra was definitely the worst customer I have ever done business with. She doesn't mention that she was stuck in the pouring rain with her son unable to drive home she was treated with great customer service and was also given a great price for the work done.Her car needed a wiper motor,wiper transmission,wiper arms,2 new wipers, windshield wiper fluid, 3 quarts of motor oil, air in tires, cleaned the fire wall full of 10 pounds of leaves, coolant and a couple of other things. She was told a price of around $ 500 with labor. When the car was ready she was told the shop closed at 5:30pm and she would not be able to pay with a credit card bc the store does not have access to my credit card machine. 2 separate businesses. She decides to come at 11 PM for some odd reason with no money and wants to take the car??? Now here is the best part I feel bad so I give her $100 off the price so now all that work and she pays $400 bc I'm such a bad person but it's ok... now she pays with her credit card. She calls the next day and wants to cancel the transaction and use another card for the payment lol... sorry I was not born yesterday...To all machanic shop owners Beware of this lady stay away !!!!

This guy lied to me and promised that I could pick my repaired car up after hours, and call him to arrange payment later, but then when I got there, the man at the desk refused to give me my car back unless I gave him $550 in cash at 10;30 at night!! Now I am stuck without my car, and I don't even know if the repair was actually done or not, not to mention that the price was insane to begin with! STAY AWAY!

Made a deal to change 4 rotors for $200 which is similar offer to what i got in other places. Found out that only the first two were changed. BS excuses like i only mentioned the first two when i clearly stated i wanted all 4 changed. Basically, SCAMMERS.
