  Great service on my oil changes and I never really have much of an issue with the mechanics ever, sometimes people get the wrong idea bout these guys or you just simply don’t know how to talk to people ! But a few People pride to high to Admit that, always great to me and never had issues with my car coming from a honest review of what I’ve experienced here! Thank you

  Do not go there to repair your car they don’t know what they doing and when they close the things half of them, they don’t do it properly. They did my front brakes after two months. I had to go change it because they didn’t install them properly.

  I’m giving this gas station one star because of the customer service I received. I’m a regular customer at shell locations. this specific location did not have anything displayed saying that their gas pumps were closed when I visited late night. There was another customer also trying to pump gas as well. The pump let us go all the way through with the transaction, including swiping my card and entering a pin & select my gas. however no gas came out, and we eventually realized that the pumps were closed. I think it’s sketchy to have a customer go through a regular process of paying for gas even though pumps were closed with no display or message. Moving along when I hung up the pump at that time the pump said it was closed. SMH but within a couple minutes I was charged $175 which was an authorization at that shell. it’s been well over a day and that money has not been returned to my account so I called the service center which is the best number that works for the Shell location and the guy that works at the front decided that I was lying, and he was making me come back down to the gas station instead of giving me an explanation of why he couldn’t release the authorization and denying the fact that the pumps actually don’t display they’re not in service. I requested that he be polite and actually listen to me because he kept telling me to bring in my receipt, but I was telling them there was no receipt printed because the pump didn’t work even though I was charged and according to him, he was so busy with the other customers that magically came in the store while I was on the phone that my called was disconnected without any resolution or attempt to release the authorization of $175 it’s already been 24 hours and there’s no reason I should have to wait 5 to 10 business days for authorization on the empty or closed pump. If the pump is closed it should not even allow customers to slide or make a transaction. Usually when I get gas, the authorization is immediately lifted/adjusted within a couple hours if not minutes so I’m not sure what’s going on here. I just was calling to request that he update his system so I can receive my money back, which he said that my bank would have to do however, my bank says that the vendor actually has to do it 🤷🏽‍♀️I will definitely not go to this shell in my local area again.

  The gas price here is way too high.There is no reason why anyone should be paying more than $3.75 in NY. The average price in NYC is still under $3.70

  Prices here are competitive with the local gas stations in the area, that being said, they are high. They sell lottery tickets, snacks and have a service station on site. The service/gas station can be accessed from both Kimball and Yonkers Avenues. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I give it 4 stars is it can be hard to navigate when multiple vehicles are trying to get gas at the same time; particularly, when there's both trucks and cars at the same location because the area to move around is a bit tight.

  This place will steal your money. I just went for an inspection and the guy failed me (stole 37 dollars) because I needed it breaks. Went to another place and my car passed inspection. No breaks problems. Stay away. I am not the only one, read other reviews. Thief

  Stay far away from this business. The owner Ray said I needed back breaks after I brought my car in for an inspection. I decided to get a second opinion from my own mechanic. Turns out my back brakes were fine and I didn’t need any breaks. He also said if the breaks were in such bad condition that I would never have passed inspection. So everyone reading this. Stay far away from Ray at the shell station on Yonkers Avenue. He’s a crook and a thief and a cheat.

  Terrible experience, not only did the poor quality gas damage my friends motorcycle but on another occasion, no gasoline at all was pumping out and when I politely confronted the clerk he called over the mechanic who i assume is in charge and the mechanic was very rude. In a very aggressive tone he told me that the gas meter on my new subaru must’ve been broken, after I told him it’s a new car he just shrugged his shoulders and said “so what”. Avoid this place especially since there are mechanics working there who refuse to take ownership of mishaps.
