my experience was with sky (?) i will only come back to see her. extemely attentive kind customer service is how i expect. answered all my questions and very knowledgeable on all products. thank you for letting me feel comfortable after explaining i lost everything to a fire.

Today I came into the store at 5:07 pm I retrieve the items that I wanted to purchase Nyeisha who works here stated the systems is down and they can only accept cash so I told her I would be right back after she told me how much the total my items would be. I ran next-door to CVS to get cash when I came back she told me that they shut everything down and cashed out and I couldn’t make the purchase just after being gone for 10 minutes im was pissed she come back tomorrow at 10 AM. That is so unprofessional and rude when you knew I was coming right back and I went next-door to retrieve Cash because your system was down and for you to close out the register and tell me I can’t make the purchase after I drove 20 minutes to come to the store it’s crazy. I should sue for my gas in my time that I traveled there.

Poor customer service. One girl on staff and couldn't help me cause she was ringing people up. When she was finally free, she had an attitude. Anyway, I have to return my color cause it's too dark. They didn't even have color samples in many of the colors.

I came in for something unrelated but left the store with a positive experience. I came into return something and I chatted with one of the lovely employees, she was taller and a brunette (I wish I knew her name!) I asked her for hair recommendations and she told me about a product and after I used it my damaged bleached hair felt so much better. She wasn’t pushy or anything, she listened and was a great help. The girls here are always friendly and there to help.

They told me they’d call me to let me know whether I got the job or not. They never did. I don’t like how my interview was set up. It was very disappointing and misleading.

Cyndi what is the best. She gave the best customer service, and she was proficient in knowledge about the stores hair products and what they offered for their clients. As a male , she made me feel comfortable and not judged as a client. She took good care of me, and made sure I was informed about what they had to offer, and that my hair needs were carefully met from the products that I purchased.

I purchased a set of Wahl Professional Hero clippers from the Yonkers, NY Sally Beauty Supply #10056 and the clippers in the box had broken accessories. When I opened the box and discovered that the accessories were broken, I packed everything up and went back to Sally Beauty to exchange the clippers or at least have the broken components replaced. I never wanted a refund. Without asking what was broken or identifying what the issue issue was I was told that all sales on clippers are final. No Refunds, No Exchange. I tried to explain and the clerk quickly told me that I would have o take it up with the manager, she was only a clerk following instructions. The Manager, Nyeisha, was not expected back to the store until the following day and I would have to return. I returned the following day, less than 24 hours from the time of purchase and once again, I was told that Sally Beauty Supply has an All Sales Are Final on clippers. Keep in mind Sally Beauty sold me a set of defective clippers, broken in the box. The store Manager Nyeisha explained that if she had some replacement components she would be glad to sell me those items, but replacing or exchanging was out of her hands because of the corporate policy. So basically I was left holding the bag or should I say, broken clippers. If you are in the market for clippers do not go to Sally Beauty Supply and do not go to the Sally Beauty Supply # 10056 located at Highridge Plaza 1763 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10710POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A special thank u to Manisha store manager at the Yonkers location and the young lady that was working with her these two young ladies were so sweet so polite very well respected I made a return and was so incredible happy of how hard these young girls were working my best experience Manisha has the most beautiful smile I give her 10 stars well deserved

Terrible Experience at this store due to 2 employees it turned out to be them keeping me hostage by stating they wouldn't ring us up.My daughter and I, also stating to speak lower which my voice carries but that's my voice to them asking my daughter if she was going to return they wouldn't ring the item up.Honestly i wanted out of there before things escalated so I told my daughter who couldn't make up her mind just take all the items we can returnVery bad experience i wil take it up to corporate.

Worst experience ever 2 young sales associates first one when i asked for something her response was whatever is there! I just wanted to save myself the trouble since I expected the sales girl to know her inventory.I repeated do you know if you have it ? Again she stated whatever is there.I told her if you don't know your inventory just say so.So she left talking under her breath which I told her was rude you don't talk to customers that way then to top it off the other girl chimes in and starts mouthing off about something totally none of her business. This is so unacceptable they would never get away with thisat any work place there should be a manager on site.I will never set foot in this Sally i love Sally but not with these kinds of sales people who sorry to say don't care about customer service.
