DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our experience at this hotel was a nightmare!!! I made the reservation on expedia for March 9th, paid the full price online, and 50$ “security deposit” when I checked in. The room was DISGUSTING, dirty and smelled bad! It looked nothing like the pictures of the room I booked. We then went downstairs to talk to the front desk and ask for a refund and there was no supervisor or manager working on that weekend and the employees said they are not authorized to give refunds but they could give me another room, the “new” room was just as bad and dirty, if not worse! There was a party going on at the hotel and the noise was terrible. We decided to check out and call Monday to speak with a manager. As we are leaving the hotel, they charged 117$ on my card, without explanation or authorization, I went back to ask why and the front desk, once again clueless, said they have no idea why and that I had to call a manager on Monday. I sent a email and didn’t get a response, zero support from the hotel. And on top of everything, today (March 12th) they charged 182$ on my card, again, no explanation or authorization. I had to call my bank to dispute all those unauthorized transactions and block the merchant so they stop STEALING money from my card. Im also getting a lawyer.So be careful when choosing a place to stay, the rooms are disgusting and the front desk employees are rude and clueless!

We’ve decorated at this hotel twice and the front desk staff is not that pleasant. One individual in particular was a bit rude and sarcastic. Not sure if she is the same way with the guests but the standard should remain the same across the board. We have been doing this for 3 years and have pretty good relationships with hotels.The room was clean and the property seemed well kept. Only issue is the unnecessary attitude from the front desk.

The staff stands out for its warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast, served in a particularly pleasant room, is of high quality. The well-maintained rooms offer comfortable beds, ensuring excellent rest. The property also benefits from private parking. However, it should be noted that the rooms may seem slightly cramped. In addition, the proximity of a road can occasionally cause noise pollution. Despite these aspects, the quality-price ratio remains quite satisfactory.Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast in a beautiful room.
