I don't know what's up with the negative reviews but I've been using this company for years to send money to the Dominican Republic. It's the only service my elderly aunt uses. The rates are affordable and she gets the money the next day. The one thing I will comment is that sometimes the attendants are a little slow in taking care of customers and you'll have to wait. I wish they had at least TWO attendants but every time I visit, there's only one.
