Bad business very unprofessional they will take your device for months promise to fix it/ promise to give you a call back / updates /take your money and never get back to you Then tell you that your device was there for too long and they tried to contact you and it sent off to recycling!!! Believe me terrible they hide behind doors like come on idk what kinda of repairs they do or is it scamming cause New York is know for that stay safe ubreakifix way more promising

Anytime I have a device that needs repair, repair tech kings will always be the best place to go to. They always reliably restore my device without charging an arm and a leg for it. Highly recommend. Super grateful for these guys to be around

I broke my phone 11:20 pm and was devastated because of how late it was. I came to Repair Kings and they fixed my phone in literally 15 minutes !! My screen looks better than it did before definitely recommend !

Insane customer service in the best way possible. Thank you Danny & James for going out of your way to keep the reputation of speedy, quality service! I've tried a place in Brooklyn, I've tried a place in Manhattan, they have absolutely nothing on Repair Tech Kings. Don't waste your time with other repair shops. Even if you *choose* the lesser value option at this company, they do their job correctly without cutting corners and inform you that there's more than one option instead of giving you the cheaper quality by default (like the past places I've gone to). I personally chose the cheaper option because I won't be keeping my phone much longer. Exceeded my expectations! They were on the phone with me close to midnight giving solutions and recommendations regarding my emergency repair.
Make the trip, it's worth it!

I came to the repair shop today with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The repairman met me outside (they are currently renovating their shop) and assured me that he would do his best to repair my admittedly very broken iPhone.
I opted for an "OEM-grade" screen, as a middle-ground between quality and affordability.
In approximately one hour the repair was done, and at a significant discount vs repairing it directly with Apple ($293 after tax vs $412 after tax).

Most unprofessional establishment I’ve had to deal with. Every time i asked Danny a question he responded with an attitude. Danny and James S charged me for services i did not receive . They installed foreign objects into the phone making it worse then it was . When i asked for my money back they said NO WAY! even though the phone was not working. SCAMMERS!

My Google Pixel 6 Pro screen was badly damaged. I was worried I'd have to get a new phone. I spoke with Danny who set my heart at ease. He was a true professional, friendly and quiet knowledgeable.
The phone screen had to be ordered and arrived the very next day.
My phone looks brand new!
These guys work hard to satisfy their customers and are even open until midnight! I am very satisfied with my overall experience!
Don't waste your precious time going anywhere else!

This place is terrible you’re better of mailing off your devices to the actual manufacturer or next time just buying warranty for your product and extending warranty for your products cause this place is extremely unprofessional i hate leaving negative reviews but the people have to know and this place tried to silence me with a nda in order to recieve my broken product back which comes back with a whole different problems than the one I sent it in with btw this is 3 years later and no conclusion to this
