Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Unfortunately it seems the staff get the short end of the stick when it comes to customers. Please be kind to retail workers! ?

Heard about this shop. I thought the clothes would be too youthful. I'm 75 however I am in shape and take pride in being age appropriate . This store is on track. Well made garments and affordable prices. Very well constructed garments .

I came in today 3/26/23 and the male employee behind the register was extremely rude when I was asking for assistance with the shoes I couldn’t find downstairs. He snapped at me and told me to go find it myself. Then when I was waiting to check out he looked at me and walked away. Very disrespectful, he just proper training on what ‘ good customer service’ is because clearly he has None!Other then that I found what I came in for and they had good sales going on.

Bad experience went to do an exchange the next day after I bought an item. Base on there policy returns before 7 days u can get back cash if that's how u purchased an item. Young lady said she cant give me back cash because it was raining, I almost passed out base on her response. Poor service.
