Would NOT recommend this place for children. I am very reasonable to employees and the work space of others but my experience is just unacceptable.my 6 year old diabetic had to be poked 3 times, by the second time he was traumatized as they moved the needle around. the exact words from the lady were, " why are you screaming? the needle is out" my son coughed from his cries and she immediately said "oh no, you need to cover your mouth." youre talking to a 6 year old. these women need some entertainment to cheer them up or else close this place down! she also claimed that she worked in the E.R before and the reason they couldn't get blood was because he was crying. Which he cried after the second poke.my wife accompanied my 2 year old that day since i just had a terrible experience. just when i thought they'd maybe have a better experience it turns out they had WORST! they poked him 3 times as well and were able to only get half a vial for results. to the point where the lady said "his vein is going to burst" and my wife immediately told her to take the needle out then.im writing this review with anger as i just received a call just now from my son's endocrinologist saying that my son needs blood drawn again AS THEY MIXED BOTH OF MY KIDS RESULTS!! Not only is this unprofessional but having to put the kids thru this again is uncalled for just because of their lack of professionalism.

Very unprofessional place! Appointment system was down and there was no one to give any information. Hispanic woman came out and I asked her how do I make an appointment because the system is down, and she just said “OK” she was very rude and walked away. She called me in, and then told me no Im not ready for you. Very confusing! She is very rude, has no manners and is just not a nice person! Im going to request my doctor send me somewhere else moving forward. Very unorganized office. There is no one to assist or help you check in.

worst system ever. they wouldn’t take walk-ins even when they had many open slots and no-shows. despite their office specifically saying they allow walk-ins when they have openings in the schedule. representatives were extremely rude. horrible service

Came here more recently (forgot to check in) for bloodwork and has no issues. There is no one to greet you coming in. You have to go to a kiosk and register. Once registered, you sit and wait for someone to come out and call you. They accept appointments and walk-ins. Appointments get first priority, so I suggest making an appointment online before coming here.I made an appointment online (which was confirmed via email & text), so all I really needed to do at the kiosk was scan my ID & insurance card. The wait wasn't too long (there were a few people already sitting there when I came in) and I was called right around my appointment time. The whole thing was quick and I was out within 10 mins. The one who drew my blood was nice and professional. She was the only staff member I encountered the whole time I was there. They have a sizable parking lot, so you should be able to find a spot.Only the second time I've been to a Quest (the other was in New Rochelle years ago - but this one was better), so I have really no complaints. I'd come here again if needed.

There are currently 20 people in the waiting room. Some have been waiting for 2 hours even though they had appointment. There is one person working. Nice way to run a business Quest. Let me add they close in 7 minutes. I placed one star only because yelp will not let me continue with none. The one person working is very kind and sweet but is placed in a bad situation.

Very fast if you go early in the morning before 8 am, plenty of parking spots in the building, I’ve been there for other reasons in the afternoon and is hard to park. Easy to check in, bring your QR code, Nurse/staff fast and friendly, results in 24h. Very recommended.

I walked in at 8am on a Wednesday with no appointment for a drug screening and was out by 8:19am. 2 people were in front of me with an appointment. Fast service and friendly staff.

At the time of this review, we had an appointment at 10:20 (arrived early) they were still on their 9:20 patient. The waiting area is full and people are having to stand.A place that doesn’t respect people’s time and not properly manage their time is not a business worth dealing with. There should not be 15+ people in a small waiting room where people have no place to stand.

Loved it. if wait time is an issue for you I would recommend going in the morning anywhere you go there’s usually a wait time. Of course be prepared with your insurance card and ID. I came in @ 8am and was seen in 5 minutes. Fabio was great very friendly, patient, and quick.

Drove here a half hour one way because it was the only location that had an appointment time in 3 days in Westchester. The only good part was that they took me earlier than my appointment time but the waiting room was dirty, smelly and packed with walk-ins. Blood draw was painful despite having to flex my arm for 5 minutes so the phlebotomist Fabian could find a vein (have never had that issue ever with past blood draws and I've had many). Then he proceeded to give me partly incorrect instructions for at-home samples, told me to make sure to fill some containers "more than halfway" and "at least to the fill line" and did not warn me of any rejections. So when I brought my full containers (more than halfway! over the fill line!) back to a different Quest location and had to wait an hour even just to drop them off (no appointment slots for 5 days), the phlebotomist rejected them, told me that since they were over the fill line I'd have to re-do and come back a third time which I did. If Quest as a company have very specific parameters for testing samples that you make the customer provide, package, etc, they have a responsibility to train employees to explain the specific parameters to the customer! We are not psychic and don't know there is a limit or what will cause an issue especially if you use misleading or wrong language. Also there were no warnings or instructions on the containers labels either to make me question what I was initially told. I don't want to nitpick, but having to come back multiple times is a waste of time, energy, childcare, etc especially when not feeling well and also wastes the other staff's time. This company is down to bare bones, making the lab staff do everything including charging co-pays so they are rushing, customers are impatient and waiting long times and don't get to ask questions which they sometimes need to. At the other location I also witnessed elderly customers who were fasting having to wait very very long times, and because there was not enough staff to do the work they could not accommodate them quickly. Have never seen this lack of communication or issues that no one tried to make right at a lab like Westmed, and no one to answer questions or expedite the process like a clerical worker or receptionist -- Westmed and other labs have them. The company cutting corners makes a giant pain for customers, and the bills are not reducing in price nor is the service getting better. Hire more staff!

Clean facility, friendly and knowledgable staff, follows HIPAA guidelines. ????My only suggestion is to make an appointment, otherwise, you may face a wait time of 30 minutes upwards to an hour. Even with an appointment, you still might be waiting 10 to 20 minutes.

I have been going to this location for many years, and its terrific!! the phlebotomists are very professional, and i'm in and out in about 10 minutes!
