Perl does nails good. But she needs to be more professional and make the environment more welcoming. Her face always looks pissed off and they speak Spanish (aggressively)the entire time I was there. I find that to be rude. And because of this im considering not going back. I want to feel welcomed when im spending my hard earned money. These ppl in cosmetology have to learn to be more humble.

#Nail Tech Horror I went to an appointment with pearl at her home, and I was disappointed and over charged. Very aggressive, I was bleeding and she pretended not to notice until I complained. I showed her a picture from Instagram with a beautiful butterfly and gold foil design. She proceeded to do my nails with only a tiny bit of foil. Without the butterfly design, and got angry when I asked her why she did not put in the designs. On top of the $20.00 deposit she charged me $100.00 and because I am too nice of a person, I tipped too. They were medium length nails with a bit of gold foil and a coffin shape.
