I am very grateful and thankful for the professional and supportive assistance that was given by the staff for my fourth visit to the office. I have been a patient at this location for many years. The staff and dental workers may have changed over the years, but I am very satisfied.

I’ve been a patient at 505 for probably 20yrs now . I have alway had a good experience with the clinic. The doctors and staff are very attentive to your feelings and health that’s why I stayed there so many years. I would recommend any and everyone ino to go there .

Park Avenue smiles is a great place for you and the family. They’re honest, gentle and the doctors are professional and understanding to concerns. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and I wont change it. The dentist is like your barber or your nail tech…some things you just done change! Happy Brushing!!!

Left with shiny teeth! Friendly staff! Eileen great conversation and expert at her work. Dr H explained everything! Maria is always pleasant at the front desk! Ana took so many X-rays of my teeth( the full set pics every 3 years), I felt like I was at a dental photo shoot???. Thank you all!

I can not explain the experience I had at park avenue smiles from the front desk to the assistants to the doctor. Maria gave me a warm welcome in the front, Abby made sure I was seated and ready to go and doctor Habib did an amazing job. I definitely recommend coming here.
