Gave 3 stars because I have been coming to this location with no problems since 2008 until today....I had to change out a dead box and never in all the years was given a selling speel that made me feel like I need to find a new location. I get Dennis and he already tried to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge. When I said nope he kept trying to guilt me into things. He didn't ask me my situation and if I could afford to do things he tried to "offer" me. He claimed they are T-mobile (when he tried to sell me a phone plan), that my cable bill will be lower if he put new promotions (one year only by 50 dollars), that my plan is outdated and no one uses house phones (I do), and other things that I do not need. If he just stopped to listen he might have had a sale, but after listening to his idea of what I needed; I didn't need all the bells & whistles he tried to get me to buy. May go back if he is not there or wait for another clerk since I can't be bought by people like Dennis.

This store has great customer service and literally in and out within 10 minutes. The rep was knowledgeable and great to answering my questions and concern.

This is the worse cable and internet provider in the universe always an outage every month the turtle slow internet need to drink a red bull customer service automated voice system need a hearing aid its 2024 why optimum only providing 1990s reruns on all channels phone service constantly dropping calls the dvr always freezing optimum need to just close down and sell itself to verizon its service so bad technicians come to install equipment smelling like drugs and alcohol and watch them they will steal your belongings

Returned my optimum router at this location a day after cancelling my internet but got a call a week later saying I haven’t returned my equipment and I’ll be charged. Never thought to get a receipt from them about the return, which is my fault. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!

I visited the 6 Executive Blvd location on October 25th and your customer representative Louis was beyond impressive. His personality, demeanor, knowledge and attention to customer service is beyond incredibly amazing. He is the example of what all customer representatives should be like. Great job Louis !!

If I could give a zero I would. They are horrible they charge too much and their internet is horrible. I tried to cancel and they keep transferring me to another person I was on the phone while at work for two hours and they still wouldn’t put my request to cancel. Be smart don’t use this company.

Went to exchange my defective cable box along with a coworker. The two young ladies Kayla and Mckayla(hope I remember their names right) one woman helped my friend use the new quick pay machine whilst the other noticed my bill was high and got me a better deal without me even asking.Just a great experience friendly and pleasant customer service
