I travel to NYC for medical reasons. I first used this service the fall of 2021. I had several early morning (7am) appointments which required the service to pick me up at 6:30am. My husband and I also required transportation to and from the airport. One morning I needed to be picked up at 5:45am!!I highly recommend them as they were always on time. I received texts letting me know the status of our ride and the name of the driver.Upon return to NYC in 2022 and just recently in 2023, I reached out to them again. Scheduling was smooth. It is comforting to know this is one less thing I need to worry about.One last note, on last trip I required 4 trips. Donte was my driver for 3 of them. He drove me some last year, too. He was very polite and confident in driving the areas.When I return in the future, I will be contacting NY's Finest for my transportation needs.

would highly recommend. owner is extremely professional, reasonable and on time. booked last minute and they were able to do their best to make it happen and have a car ready for my sisters prom. Will definitely continue to use New York finest.

I have used NYFinest for several years, have never been disappointed! Cars are always clean, on time and the drivers are all very professional and kind! A special recognition to NELSON! Steve always has a car ready, even for a 2:00am drive to the airport, thank you to you and your team!!

I booked a 3:15am car to the airport and they did not show up. I even called days in advance to confirm the trip. When I called to confirm the phone operator, gave me an attitude and blew off what I was saying. Two days later they never showed up. They allege their driver got into an “accident” but no one called me to tell me until 9am. I would have missed my flight by hours. No one called, no one got back to me until 6 hours later. I was sitting on my door step and no car came. I would have missed my flight. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked a limo for my wedding just a few days before the big day. They had the nicest limo for a great price. Getting a quote and booking was smooth and great communication. The day of the wedding, u recieved a call about 30 minutes before the driver was supposed to get there. Orlando arrived on time, waited patiently for us, was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use their services again.

Booked a party bus for after prom, Will definitely use again. Driver Nelson was great, kept in touch with me all night. My daughter and her friends had a great time! The party bus was nice and clean! Steven took care of everything and delivered.

Company took COVID-19 parodical to ensure our safety. I was able to booked the fancy Mercedes sprinter online and they even sent a reminder the day before of my upcoming trip. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a little trouble with the pricing. Went on line and booked a ride. The email came with a price of $62. Looked at my credit card and was charged $109. Always make sure. Otherwise they are reliable and professional. No complaints with their service.

I was highly recommended by my brother about this Luxury car service and I was pleasantly surprised of how professional the driver was..The limousine came clean and arrived on time..Although I called last minute to try and get a limousine considering it was the Memorial Day weekend..Steven to whom I spoke to was very accommodating and found me a car..Overall I had a excellent experience with this company and I will definitely use them again in the near future..Service: Limousines
