I can’t remember ever dealing with a more professional and caring company in my life.

From my initial inquiry through our move and even after, everyone in this firm was absolutely fantastic. The quote was fair and comprehensive - prices out to our new home and a storage location broken down and explained to me completely.

The quality of service was amazing. We had our move scheduled for a Monday morning, and the night before my mom had a stroke and I had to postpone at 9:30pm on a SUNDAY. Ron was so supportive and understanding. The reschedule was smooth and they made themselves available on my schedule.

Now, for the actual move, the 5 men who moved us were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Moving is (was) a LONG day and these men made it fun and a good experience. They went above and beyond.

Finally, I would be failing in my review if I didn’t mention Shakira (hope I spelled that right!) in the office. She is an absolute doll and so very good at her job. She was knowledgeable and so sweet.

“Last week Rainbow Movers moved my 3 bedroom apartment and everything was outstanding. They use a 4-man crew and everyone on it was hardworking, friendly and very efficient. They’re careful, well prepared, and have great teamwork. Also important is that their rates are very reasonable. Always beware of super cheap movers, who will often give you a final price that’s way more than the one they originally quoted you. With Rainbow, the final price was exactly the same as the quoted one. The owner Larry is honest, smart, and knows what he’s doing. I wouldn’t think twice about using Rainbow again. Simply excellent.”

“Providing what my daughter just went through with " Storage Post" in New Rochelle, New York I felt compelled to write a review about a moving and storage company I recently had experience with, my items were well taken care of, safe from harm NOTHING broken or STOLEN. I must add it was pricey though, and communication was horrible at times when it came down to discussing anything with the " manager Manny", so please just get everything fro The horses mouth the owner SHAWN so no stories will be switched around or told different. “Third time returning customer here and am again very satisfied with Oz customer service and their moving team. Oz's quote was actually significantly higher than other companies I contacted but I decided to go with the company I had a track record with and am glad I did. Four (not five) stars for two reasons: first, they sent an extra person who was obviously a trainee, but I felt I had to tip them anyway; second, two pieces of furniture got dinged but Oz quickly arranged for repairs because I bought extra insurance. One restorer (Kevin) just left and did an exceptional job on the damaged nightstand. Awaiting the return of my drop-leave table but I am confident it will be great.”
