I'm only giving it a 4 star because the owner Yori is a sweetheart. She tries to make sure everyone is happy and she is truly trying to do right by her customers. However, most employees there are extremely unprofessional. There's only a VERY few that work with professionalism. Ask for Stephanie if you decide to go to this place. I had a woman do my nails while screaming, cursing fighting with her son infront of my face. Others drink and eat while doing ppls nails. Recently had a woman drinking beer and pizza during the entire time she was doing my nails. I had to pay more for parking because she kept on getting up to get more pizza and drinks. My husband refuses to go with me because he felt so uncomfortable there,workers were twearking dancing on the floor last time he went. I've even witness fights amongst each other while there. The price for the nails and services are truly great and I guess that's why many keep going back. But I've decided that I rather pay a bit more but have a stress free environment. After all you go to a spa to relax. Right?

I wouldn't even give one star. I went in there a few years ago and I was physically ill at the time. An old mean lady with the personality of a rock was screaming at me because I was unable to lift my foot at the time. Which I explained. Karma. I can run now . When you don't have empathy you'll get sick ...

I went in and got gel on my feet and nails it started chipping within 3 days not even 2 weeks horrible job. and the fact I got charged so much money on my card never again these good reviews are definitely people who work there or family related .

I wanna start off by saying i don't normally write bad reviews, but honestly there are way better nail shops in yonkers. This is gonna be a long review so i'm sorry lol But i hope it helps somebody because there are no recent reviews Ive been here 3 times when i really really needed to and each time i've noticed they DO NOT CLEAN THEIR BRUSHES AFTER EACH USE (with each client) and they don't use new nail files for each client. they always have to borrow each other's tools, which is really unsanitary by the way. They are way too rough when shaping your nails and they've cut me multiple times, Which has led to me bleeding on the tools. which i think may have caused me to get these little bumps on the sides of my fingertips possibly getting an infection from other clients since they don't throw out the files. There are desk shields but the desks are literally back to back, so really it's not much use to it. They are too rough doing your feet, but then again everybody feels differently so i won't let my opinion affect that. The last time that I did go, i asked for something a little time consuming. And they complained about it taking so long and that they could've just painted it instead, granted, I could've got up and walked away, but i was already half way done when i noticed what they were saying $100+ nails and honestly I noticed there's not even enough product on my nails worth that amount of money. these nails are thin af, and if you looked at it you would think they painted the tips they use. Also if you move the desks , you can see so much garbage under them and that's really gross. These are lovely ladies and everyone is going to feel differently towards my review, but I am only stating some things I have noticed the few times i've been there. Hopefully this long review helps somebody thinking about going here as a last resort. I am in no way shape or form trying to bash the business, but some things need to be fixed.
