Poorly ran, had noise issues with another tenant. Management never confronted the tenant & said they can't do anything about it and when asked to speak to manager they told me the manager would tell me the same thing. No accountability, poorly ran. Left apartment because of this.

I live in an apartment owned by milio. After months of repeatedly requesting service on our apartment because a waste water pipe is leaking into our apartment i have no where else to turn. My super turns a blind eye and milio seems to be ignoring us. I welcome any lawyers to reach out to me

I live in a Milo run property and despite several instances where I needed to contact the office for things related to my apartment, I was only able to contact someone 2 times. Each time, they told me to just talk to my superintendent, just passing off the problem.I have NEVER been able to reach anyone at the Milo Management office after 5 pm on a weekday, and NEVER have been able to reach anyone on a weekend. What kind of property owner/management treats owning a 99+ apartment building as a Monday-Friday 9-5 job? When I try to call and leave a message, THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL (what kind of management doesn't allow you to leave messages????) The superintendent also "doesn't work on weekends" so if there is any sort of emergency on the weekend, I have to knock on the superintendent's personal apartment and cross my fingers that he is home. Before Milo took over, there was an online system in which we could put in requests with the superintendent, and there was an emergency line when calling management. Since Milo management took over, there has been a SIGNIFICANT drop in the overall quality of building maintenance, management communication, and a MAJOR AMOUNT OF NEGLECT!!Now they say they have given us 2 days notice that they are shutting the power off for a 4 hour period during the morning on the weekday. That means any tenants that did not know this is happening are going to have to scramble to find ways to keep everything in their fridges and/or freezers from going bad. A lot of tenants work from home due to the pandemic and now need to relocate because of this last minute problem.Moral of the story, Milo Management is cheap, neglectful, and runs 2 locations across from each other in Ossining containing over 200 apartments (in addition to other properties they probably own and terribly manage), but has a voicemail that won't let you leave messages.

I have lived in an Ossining, NY Milio Management run property for 2 years and have no complaints. Franco Milio has been a great landlord, fair and kind. The office staff is very responsive to all issues, seeing them through until there is resolve. The building's superintendent, Gil, is absolutely fantastic and the neighbors are wonderful. Great experience!

The apartment complex is poorlyManaged. It’s not being cleaned as often as needed. It is also the home fortune homeless. More often than not when you enter the building the smell is horrific and rubbish is seen all over. It has become the norm to be greeted by neighbors garbage when entering or leaving your apartment and management tells you they cannot do anything about the situation. Never been in a shelter but I hear that quite a few are kept better that this apartment in particular, 23 E 3rd St. This apartment deserves negative ratings.

616 E Lincoln - I would have given them negative stars if it was an option. Super does absolutely nothing, management is slow to respond and when i say slow i mean they basically do nothing as well. Would not recommend. The building maintenance and management has declined sufficiently.

It looks clean until you move in. This building is patched up. What you don't see in the photo's behind the walls is Mice infestation. The mice own the building. Hot water is limited. If you have asthma or respiratory issues you're screwed. There's no insulation between the bricks and your walls in the apartment The laundry room hasn't work in 6 months. There's a lot of car theft. If there are gunshots Don't try and go out the main door to the building the hinges will fall out and It's a fire trap or you will die trying to get out the building. The longer you stay the more the rent goes up with no work done to your apartment until you move out.

5-7 north 9th ave. The worst management office ever. Owners dont care for the tenants that work so hard . Never late for rent payment. We have invested several years in this building to be treated this way. Plumbing issues and they sent unlicensed repair man. Question is if this ceiling falls on anyone will I have the rights to own this building or what are my rights?

I can't speak for every building they manage but as tenant for 263 ...we are the forgotten step child .The corporation , is a mafia they prey on their own tenants. They boot their tenants car then tell them they have to pay to have it taken off. They have done this numerous times to many families, and continue to do so . They also take an unacceptable time to have damages fixed in your apartment, but god forbid your a day late on rent they are ready to take you to court. It's messed up to be treated by people like this when you have invested years in their managment .
