“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”
“I didn't think there would be so many Christmas stuff here. There was this one girl there with red hair and glasses that was very nice to us and greeted us at the front door and help my daughter and I get the sizes that we wanted for our Christmas sweaters. Usually in other stores we never really get greeted so hearing someone greet us felt great! The sweaters in this place are always so lovely. I definitely need to come back here every year.”
“Take notice that the GAP has improved their quality and taste recently. This store is great for two reasons: one, the manager Matt is customer service oriented and really goes out of his way to help the customer and two, the staff takes their cues from him and they are also very obliging.”
“Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.”
“Clean and organized. Helpful staff. Varied and well stocked merchandise. Only thing is you need to combine shopping sales with coupons and Kohl's cash or it can be a bit pricey. Plenty of accessible free parking.”
“I love this store - small but has all the essentials and the staff is helpful, friendly and one of the gentleman went above and beyond and taught me how to tie a tie properly so that I could teach my son. I do wish they were open till 9pm but other than that it’s a great location!”
“Came in to purchase my first suit, not knowing a thing. Rob assisted me for a wedding I was attending and I had a great experience. He helped me with exactly what I was looking for. The tailor turn around time was extremely fast and the suit fit perfect. Looking forward to purchasing more suits in the future”
“I rarely shop here but had a coupon for my birthday. Found a lot of things I liked but they didn't come in long which is what I need in pants because I'm tall. Store was organized and clean and the employees were nice. When I did find a pair of jeggings that I loved that came in Long and fit comfortably, I bought them. Check out was super quick and again the cashier was nice. Sales were good so I will be back to try to find more things another day.”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”
“The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!”
“Last night, my husband and I went to Lids at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, and we were the last customers of the day. The lady in the store kindly informed us that the store was closing in 20 minutes. As we were paying, a man, if you can call him that, entered. She told him that the store was closed, and all he did was disrespect her multiple times and ask for the manager's information. The way he behaved was unnecessary, and even as we were leaving the store, he continued to harass her outside with his phone in hand, demanding information on where to complain. I say this because it's not fair that she might lose her job because of someone like him, especially when good customer service is hard to come by.”

I like that it is a one stop shop. Clothing, shoes, and accessories are all here. If I can't find my size in store, they have a great website.”

I just had a terrible experience ant Men's warehouse before I discovered their shop. Immediately upon entering and throughout the process Giovanni and his wife Carmela who assisted me felt like family. They helped me with every detail for me and my groomsmen and I received beyond excellent customer service advice and help. They specialize in comfort as well as fashion to make you feel like a million bucks on whatever special occasion you require their services for. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!”
