I have used Paul's Mayfield Auto shop a number of times. He is honest and his customer service is superb. His work quality is excellent and he posesses great deal knowledge on repairing your auto. My late father was a car mechanic and I was told when you find a honest person who knows what they are doing keep bringing him your business. The quality of his shop's workmanship on our cars have been outstanding. I have been recommending Maxfield Auto to a number of friends and family. If you need your car to go through insurance claims, Paul worked well with my daughters insurance claims as well as mine. Our cars were always fixed on a timely basis.

I went to Mayfield for a insurance estimate of the person that hit my car and he quoted me very low when I had 2 other quotes way higher already I don't know where he got this quote from or what was his problem but know my car has been sitting at another shop waiting for insurance to do a re estimate when he could have just done the rite estimate and he said that the process for the readjustment is fast yeah rite good luck to anyone going here he will quote you high without insurance as some people told me and with insurance of another person will quote you low don't understand that but that's what he does

Their workmanship is exceptional. I had a huge dent on the front, leftside of my vehicle. In less than a week, the panel was replaced and color matched to perfection. Paul himself even resolved a loud popping noise, produced by the front passenger door, at no additional charge!The price was reasonable and far less than anywhere else I've enquired. The owner, Paul, is an extremely nice individual. He never attempted to take advantage of my predicament or to upset me. For now on, this will be my 'goto' place for any vehicular repairs.

I highly recommend having your car serviced at Mayfield. So convenient and courteous!I drove into Honda and Paul was there to evaluate the damage, later that day he sent an estimate via email.On the day of the appointment he provided a driver to take me to pick up my rental so I wouldn't be late for work.The car was done in half the predicted time and the work is exceptional!Don't bother going anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I bought my car brand new last August and last week some guy hit my car and scratched the left side of my bumper a good amount. I was really disappointed and was trying my best to see who can do a perfect job. It’s my first car as well so I’m very particular about it all. I went to Mayfield Auto Body since they were recommended by the dealership and I am happy to report they did an excellent job. Brand new again as if nothing ever happened. Paul is amazing and is a cool guy to talk to. He’s attentive, receptive, and friendly. I really hope I don’t ever have to go back for repairs but if I do, I’ll definitely go back here.

Paul was very kind and helpful today with a small touch-up paint job. He was honest and seems very trustworthy. He did not try to push us to make a decision in any direction, but gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision on our own along with his honest recommendation. They have just restored my 2017 Honda Accord and I am very satisfied! If you need your vehicle to be restored to its pristine condition, take it to Mayfied Auto Body Repair. I have used this shop a number of times and the outcome has always been amazing! The owner is a reasonable guy and very customer friendly. So, you can work out a good deal with him. However, he will not cut corners and jeopardize his craft.

I was skeptical at first as i had never used this auto body shop before, but WOW I was blown away! Paul is a pleasure to deal with and always made sure any and all my concerns were addressed.
