A real person, who you've spoken to before answers the phone. That's amazing enough.
Then, they know you, they remember your accounts and your family, and they know about your claims.
They actually help you and sympathize with your claims.
And then, if that were not enough, they try to figure out ways to charge less for your insurance.
This is a wonderful agency and they have all of my insurance accounts.
