Couch was not the same we asked for. Over $2,000 but feels like $200 worth of material. Cushions were supposed to be down filling, but they are cheap springs. The side of the couch cracks like plywood if it's lightly pushed to move it. The connecting brackets on the base piece were also installed incorrectly, therefore one leg does not touch the ground. Any sort of return for money or store credit were refused in a rude manor; after acting so helpful in person prior to the purchase. I guess I got swindled, just please don't make the same mistake I did.

Worst service ever … they are rip off and the manager is very rude and nasty … they sent us the wrong mattress and when called they said they yes they made a mistake and when we went in they refused to give us the right mattress and refused to give us the refund when asked… then he says he’s going to put his hands on me a woman …. DONT GO THERE

Really disappointed with the scam I encountered here. I bought a table and chairs back in February. Upon delivery, table and 2/4 chairs was damaged. Was promised a new table and 2 chairs would arrive in around 6 weeks.... never came. Now I understand the business was sold to "new ownership", in August. However, phone number, email, and Yelp are all still active and in use. The current contacts at the business chatted with me a bit and provided a number for the old manager. There was some sincerely there but honestly the whole situation is VERY FISHY and understand other people are calling with similar issues and paid for products they never received. If the new folks are truly innocent of the scams that were being run through this place, suggest distancing themselves as much as possible from the poor reputation and shady dealings of this business.

I bought a nook and a table from them and my sister and I absolutely love our purchase. I was very much pleased that we bought the informal dining seating from them, especially because Tom helped us think through which corner of the dining area would be great. Tom worked professionally and communicated things clearly that helped us make the purchase quicker. The delivery man was helpful and accommodating as well. I definitely hope to get some furniture pieces in future.
