Don't bother calling for any support, the staff deliberately hang up after picking up if at all. One left me on speaker for 15 minutes TWICE without saying a word. Guess no appliance purchases here ??

My husband and I waited 45 minutes in the flooring department for somebody to help us get a rug. We contacted 4 different employees and they all said “someone is coming”.. but nobody came. Talked to the manager and he apologized, but didn’t even offer to get the rug for us.
Another time, we rung that bell at the Thermostat department multiple times, and it kept announcing in the store that a customer needs assistance at the thermostat department. Nobody came, we stood there for 15 minutes. We flagged down an employee who said “I don’t work in thermostats”. So we got our thermostats from Costco. They have a generous return policy as well, so why waste our time in this store.
Home Depot is a much better store where employees actually care about the place. Please avoid Lowe’s.

Went in to the Ridgehill store to take advantage of their plant sale. Got our herbs ar 3 for ten and some ornamental flowering plants at four for ten. Large selection available and line moved quickly.

Beautiful brand new store ,but just like the other store no one to help and I looked it up the item on my phone said it was available for pickup and it wasn't. No one updated the stock.
