“I went to Alcove last Saturday and can't wait to go back. As soon as I walked in the owner was super welcoming. They had a free tasting and even that person was so welcoming and generous with the tasting samples. I went to Alcove Wine & Liquor looking for a dry red wine. The owner's recommendation didn't disappoint. (Four Virtues Cabernet Sauvignon Bourbon Barrel Aged) I love trying different wines and can't wait to go back to Alcove to find some more new favorites. Highly recommend. 10/10.”
“These guys are pretty cool. They offer a well stocked liquor and beverage store. In addition to all the beer, liquor, and wine that they carry, they have a lot of snacks and such too. They offer weekly beer and liquor specials, cigars, propane, and wood for fire places. Services are friendly, and they make good suggestions for items you are not sure about.”

“It's my go to liquor spot when I'm in a bind on figuring what last minute gift I can get for a friend for their bday! Prices are not cheap and not overly expensive. Service is good although the very nice woman behind the counter seems to prefer speaking Spanglish. Good selection of your basic popular liquors; scotch, gin, tequila and wines. “a wonderful booze shop in yonkers on midland ave that has a great selection of wines and spirits with reasonable prices . i stopped here during nfl half time and did a little browsing of all the liquor on the shelves and displays and with a little help from the employee i was able to get 2 bottles of white wine, 2 bottles of red wine and one bottle of tequila which is for uncle don. as i stated before many times i dont drink booze but the many different labels especially on wine bottles are really cool and interesting works of art and i have collected a few empty bottles in the past. good solid liquor shop in yonkers with excellent selection and prices .”
“There should be no bad reviews for this, i saw two and its ridiculous, no need to call for prices, Shay has the most affordable selection anywhere, 2 blocks over the same bottle of whiskey was 35 dollars more, a bottle of wine 10-15 more, this is the kind of place i would drive to if i moved out of this city. After the first time he met me, he memorized my name and my wine taste. Awesome place wish i could give it 6 starts.”
