Horrible. Online it says open 7am-2:30pm. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm. I get there at 12:20pm for my appointment there’s a sign at the door that says opened 10am-2pm and lunch break 12pm-1pm. The door was locked and around 12:40pm someone opens the door and I ask them if I can go in because I have an appointment and the person shut the door on my face and angrily said “1pm!!” He was extremely rude. There I am with a scheduled appointment at 38 weeks pregnant without the possibility to even go in and sit down on the waiting area. I’ve never had a worse experience. I left and got a text at 1:07pm that my name would be called shortly. So I was expected to stand up for 40 min because the staff couldn’t wait one extra hour for lunch time with the lab being opened for 4 hours a day when I have an appointment scheduled during that time. Listing an appointment time which the lab is closed for is one thing but being so extremely rude another. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Why ask to make an appointment if you’re just going to run your list of who checked in. Lousy system and arrogant employees.

I would give a zero. Reading all the comments multiple people mentioned about the male staff with glasses who is very rude . I had the similar experience with the male staff & his name is Abdul (which I found out from another employee). I hope the management follows up since multiple complaints are mentioned on the review about this person. I visited the site on 6/5/24

The customer care is horrible. When we came for appointment (Employement Clearance ) it was an employee named ABDUL at the front desk who was very RUDE in all his interactions. Couldn’t properly understand as his communication skills are extremely poor. Definitely the employee needs some customer care skills classes.I will definitely reach out to his manager . What ever posted on website doesn’t match with times posted at the office

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I see why its ratings are so low. I make an appointment for 12:30pm on May 17 the day before and specifically chose for employment drug urine test. When I get there at 12:30 the place is not even open and the sign says break from 12:50 pm - 1:00pm, according to the sign they shouldn’t be on there break they should be open and attending to my appointment. Not only that when they open the doors after finishing there “10 minute” break the middle aged man who does the drug tests said he was leaving and left about 6 of us who were waiting since 12:30 with no answers as to why we couldn’t be seen. Don’t come here

The employee treated me horribly. Not only that, there was over 4 patients waiting impatiently. She told me and the other patients that we had to wait 15-20 minutes. She said that there was 8 people inside and that she was the only employee. She then proceeded to close the door on us. We knocked the door many times to which we got no response. The employee has a cold heart, she has no soul. There was a woman who waited over 3 hours and that employee made her get her insurance and refused to attend her. The woman did not know English and the employee did not care about her situation. If it was possible, I would give this place 0 stars. Worst of all, this is not the first time it has happened. Looking at all these reviews, LabCorp should review and improve their offices. But they prefer to make lots of money while their employees and patients go mad.

We went there for my baby's blood work and provided the paperwork from the doctor and insurance. The guy was about to take my wife's blood, but it was a surprise when I told him that we are here for the baby's blood work. They seemed clueless and were unable to read who the procedure was meant for. He couldn't find a vein and it seemed like he was dealing with a doll. It was a horrible experience!!!!!!

Highly skilled professionals that draw your blood. I have confidence in them. Unlike new, inexperienced techs at other places who cant get your vein leave black and blues etc. True they could use more staff at times.

This is literally the worst and so unprofessional facility. There one older man with glasses that at the counter that has a big attitude because he’s running around doing everything. This company makes more than enough money to have more than one person working there. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Dont have people that have been working there for years and don’t know how to handle a crowd. This man was not helpful at all. I forgot my id and he didn’t give me no other options, I had to argue with him for him to finally say I can use my expired id. I am a patient that needs help, why do I have to deal with your rude attitude and I have never even been here before and never going again.

This location is horrible. Do not go here! They have one person checking everyone in and drawing the blood. Having an appt is useless. I had an 8 am and when I walked in there were people already waiting since opening at 7 am, that are still waiting. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

Waited two hours for a scheduled appointment. Staff is extremely slow and disappears from the front desk for 40 minutes at a time with a full waiting room. Don’t waste your time.

Website states lab opens at 7am and accepts walk ins, so I made sure I was there early before work to get a drug screen done for work. However, when I get there they have a sign stating they open at 10am and no walk ins accepted at the Yonkers, New Rochelle, and White Plains location. This information should be available on their website. So people don't waste their time going there.

Labcorp is not all bad! I went 984 Broadway in Yonkers on the 9th of December; a zoo, one technician, full waiting room. I left.A week later, in and out in less than an hour. Jenna was the difference, she would look at and help you. But, she can not do it alone. She needs our help and the Company's.Did anyone tell me in GIANT print to bring my driver's license and iPhone? NO. The check in machine, which has the potential of being great, does not work without both of them. Yes, it is present;y clunky. Does not check one in. But, it has a future.NO WALK INS posted, not posted on the web site. But, Jenna let me check in.We need Labcorp. We need more Jenna's. Labcorp has work to do!Timothy Barnes, Hastings
